Support
The fastest way to reach us is the Support chat inside the app (Profile → Support chat) — we usually reply within minutes. You can also e-mail support@esimko.net; include the e-mail address of your eSIMko account and, if it is about a plan, the order reference or destination.
Installing your eSIM
- iPhone (iOS 17.4+) — open the eSIM in My eSIMs and tap Install on this iPhone; the system sheet opens with everything pre-filled.
- iPhone (older iOS) — Settings → Mobile Data → Add eSIM → Use QR Code, and scan the QR shown in the app from another screen, or enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code manually.
- Android — Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM → scan the QR code, or “enter it manually” with the activation code (tap to copy in the app).
- After installing, turn the eSIM line on for Mobile data and enable Data roaming for that line when you arrive. Keep your regular SIM for calls.

Most phones from 2019 on do — iPhone XS or newer, Pixel 3 or newer, Samsung S20 and up. Dial *#06# — if an EID shows, you’re set.
When does my plan start?
Only when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination. Buying days or weeks ahead is safe.
Do I keep WhatsApp and my number?
Yes. Your regular SIM stays installed for calls and WhatsApp — the eSIM only carries data.
What if it doesn’t work on arrival?
Toggle airplane mode, then check that Data Roaming is on for the eSIM line. Still stuck? Full refund within 30 days.
Can I top up later?
Yes — open My eSIMs, tap an active plan and choose a top-up. No reinstall needed.
