Delete your account
You can permanently delete your eSIMko account here, without contacting anyone. We e-mail a 6-digit code to the account address; once you confirm it, the account is removed immediately.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, e-mail, password / Google link, preferences, referral code)
- Your order history and eSIM records, including QR / activation codes
- Your support chats, promo claims and notification history
Good to know
- An eSIM that is already installed on your phone keeps working until its plan ends — but you will no longer be able to see its usage, top it up or re-download the QR code, so save anything you need first.
- Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Invoices needed for tax/accounting are kept in anonymised form as the law requires.
- If you signed in with Google, this also unlinks your Google account from eSIMko (nothing is deleted at Google).
We will e-mail a 6-digit code to this address. Your account is only deleted after you enter it.
